In Oakland, California. Renamed after Dr. Aurelia Henry Reinhardt in 2019.
The West and East Ridge Trails are part of the 390 mile Bay Area Ridge Trail. It forms an 7.9 mile moderate loop. Best to start at the Canyon Meadows Staging Area, where there's (paid) parking, and you get the more strenuous uphill completed first. Total elevation gain is 1,171 feet. The trail itself is wide, and dogs and bikers are allowed. More on the trail here.
