Harris' Restaurant

From Burden's Landing

https://www.harrisrestaurant.com/

Classic steakhouse in San Francisco/Nob Hill. Churns out more than 180 steaks a night.[1]

Located a block away from House of Prime Rib, another local classic.

Founded by Ann Lee Harris, the wife of Jack Harris, who founded Harris Ranch in Coalinga (another classic) in 1977. Jack died in 1981, and his son from a previous marriage, John, inherited the restaurant. Ann, who had a frosty relationship with John, left Harris Ranch and independently started Harris' in San Francisco in 1984, which uses corn-fed beef from Greater Omaha Packing Company.[1]
