Baltimore
From Burden's Landing
I've been to Baltimore many times now.
Public Transportation
The light rail is connected directly to BWI, and it goes downtown. It takes about 40 minutes; it's pretty slow, and broke down when I was on it on November 8, 2006.

Stayed there November 8, 2006. In Mount Vernon district about a mile north of Inner Harbor. It's in an excellent location, and it's the cheapest hotel in the area, but it's decidedly mediocre, possibly slightly worse.

Recommended by Donna's husband on January 25, 2009. Supposed to have excellent Belgian beer and up-scale pub grub. Haven't tried it yet.
