Cooking
- Use as base for soup
- Good for beans — adds flavor and reduces gas effect
- Eliminates heavy metals and radiation ions from body
Cleaning
- 4-5 hours to sun dry
- Don’t overlap them while drying
- Releases slime as stress response. The longer you wait to process, the more it exudes.
- When crisp and rigid, done drying
