Recipe
- 2 cups pureed pineapple
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vodka
Notes
Like the grapefruit sorbet recipe, based on Harold McGee and experimentation. The vodka/sugar combo is about equivalent to 22 tbsp sugar.
