- 2 tbsp bay leaf powder
- 1 tbsp celery seeds
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice
- black pepper
Could also add ground ginger and additional chili pepper.
