Sister restaurant to The Shed. South of downtown. More of a place for locals than The Shed. The food is supposedly about the same.

I had the red chile blue corn chicken enchilada when I visited on May 22, 2011 as part of my Santa Fe (May 2011) trip. It was excellent. The red chile sauce was smooth and flavorful. More importantly, it was not smothering. Every layer of the enchilada melded into something complex and wonderful.
