Equal parts:
- All spice
- Cloves (maybe a bit less)
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Thyme
Combine with fresh garlic, ginger, and habanero for a wet rub.
Tastes awesome with grilled or roast chicken or duck. Also great with braises: pork, lamb, etc.
