I'll be in the North Shore of Oahu for work from June 20-22, 2012. Planning on spending three days afterward. What should I do?

June 20-22

Dillingham Ranch on the North Shore of Oahu.

Back to Honolulu (Waikiki) on June 22. Dinner at Ono Hawaiian Food.

June 23

Hike around Diamond Head State Monument. Visit KCC Farmers' Market on the way back. Enjoy some nibbles there.

Either go to Rainbow Drive-In for a late lunch or a late dinner.

Hike Kuliouou Ridge Trail in the evening.

June 24

Back to the North Shore.

  • Saw the Blowhole
  • Took a peek at Hanauma Bay. Will swing by there for real tomorrow morning
  • Accidentally discovered a macademia farm, the last one operating in Oahu
  • Sunset Beach. Didn't see the Pipeline (wrong season), but it was gorgeous. Backtrack to Ted's Bakery for a ridiculously large lunch, then piled on the (delicious) pain at a shrimp shack
  • Waimea Bay
  • Stopped in Halei'wa for dinner / drinks. Missed out on shave ice, though; next time!

June 25

Not sure where to go for dinner, but have a plethora of options. Maybe Side Street Inn.

Probably hang out on Waikiki Beach for sunset.

June 26

Back to SF.
