Cast iron pan

누나 and Isaac gave me a Lodge cast iron pan for Christmas 2006.
Seasoning instructions:
- Wash new cookware with hot, soapy water and stiff brush
- Rinse and dry completely
- Apply thin coat of oil to entire surface, both inside and out
- Line lower oven rack with foil to catch drippings, and preheat to 350
- Place cookware upside down on upper rack and back for an hour
- Turn over off and let cool before removing
- After use, clean with stuff brush and hot water only. Towel dry immediately and apply oil while still warm.
