누나 and Isaac gave me a Lodge cast iron pan for Christmas 2006.

Seasoning instructions:

  1. Wash new cookware with hot, soapy water and stiff brush
  2. Rinse and dry completely
  3. Apply thin coat of oil to entire surface, both inside and out
  4. Line lower oven rack with foil to catch drippings, and preheat to 350
  5. Place cookware upside down on upper rack and back for an hour
  6. Turn over off and let cool before removing
  7. After use, clean with stuff brush and hot water only. Towel dry immediately and apply oil while still warm.
