Seaweed. Pronounced "dashima." AKA kombu.

Cooking

  • Use as base for soup
  • Good for beans — adds flavor and reduces gas effect
  • Eliminates heavy metals and radiation ions from body

Cleaning

  • 4-5 hours to sun dry
  • Don’t overlap them while drying
  • Releases slime as stress response. The longer you wait to process, the more it exudes.
  • When crisp and rigid, done drying
