Park at Half Moon Bay Tide Pools parking lot. Walk until you reach the end (near the edge of Pillar Point). Protected areas are to the west. As long as you're on the southern part (in front of Mavericks Beach), you're good.
Seaweed foraging. In theory, you can find 다시마, 김, turkish towel, pacific dulse, rockweed, black larch, and iridea.
