Blake Garden, operated by University of California Berkeley, is a wonderful, rustic botanical garden — a hidden gem for sure.

A few minutes from the garden is Ye Olde School Trail. (I've also seen it called Ye Olde Schoolhouse Trail.) It's a short (probably less than a mile) neighborhood trail through oak woodlands, with beautiful views and wildlife.

To Eat

Benchmark Pizzeria is in the middle of Kensington's quiet downtown, and it's yum! Outdoor seating too, and very chill.
