Take-out place specializing in casual New Mexican food. There are three locations. The original is in Espanola, north of Santa Fe.
I ate there on May 21, 2011 as part of my Santa Fe (May 2011) trip. I had the green chile chicken taco and the red chile pork tamale. Both were solid. It's not a destination place, but it's a good place to get a good, quick fix.

It's known for its green chile chicken tacos, and now I know why. These are made from breast meat that's clearly grilled in lard, giving it a nice porky flavor.
