Opening March 5, 2012. Married owners are Yuka Ioroi and Kris Toliao. Toliao worked at Tokyo's 2-Michelin-starred Kikunoi and as sous chef at Luce. Ioroi was a bartender at Starbelly. The name comes from a Filipino cake Toliao loved growing up.
